Totem Gumshoos ( Sun) / Totem Raticate ( Moon) ![]() Once that’s done, you’ll face the Totem Pokémon. It’ll be a level 12 Gumshoos or Raticate, again depending on your version. Then, you’ll have to square off against the third and final burrow Pokémon, which will go back and forth between two. After you approach the third and final set of burrows, a Team Skull grunt will face off against you. In Sun, you’ll face two level 11 Yungoos in Moon, two Rattata instead. You’ll need to go to three separate burrows and face the Pokémon there. You’ll face Ilima’s Trial first on Melemele Island. Finally, this is your only warning: spoilers for the games will follow, although we’ll keep the plot secret wherever possible. Where our notes fail, and where Sun and Moon differ, we’ll refer to.
